Pattern:
Size 2-8 saltwater hook, darker is better
Black size “A” rod wrapping thread (280 denier)
Lead dumbell eyes, sized to match hook
Rubber band, any color (underbody)
Died olive barred hackle
Black rabbit dubbing, I’ve modified this to include mohair, or angora yarn, as it is much easier to use.
CA glue

5 of us sat around the table tying this fly. The pattern we tied is modified slightly from the one in the video, as we were able to do away with the rubber band.
