Texas FlyFishers member Joe Nicklo will be teaching his hot melt glue technique at the Southern Council Fly fishing Fair in October.
Summary: Program will include several demonstrations of the practical use of hot melt glue as a fly tying component and the various applications in tying fresh and salt water flies.
What’s covered: How to use hot melt glue as shell back, extended body, a wing case, eyes (both fresh and salt water applications) a complete fly/nymph and worms. Some demonstrations…time will be a limiting factor.
