Two went out this morning just to run the boat. We launched at Matagorda west bay. The wind was extremely cold and we were prepared. Layered before leaving home.

Launching was easy. And, we were on the water in no time. Since it is the winter time, parking was easy and the ramp was not crowded.

On the water was easy. We rode out the ICU and all of the water was mixed like chocolate milk. Fishing was very challenging and the water was about 1-1/2 feet lower than normal. There was another group who was challenged with grounding, like us.

Nothing was caught by us, yet the day was absolutely weather beautiful.

Met up with Ron Ridgeway for lunch. His wife, Sharon, is a great person. We had a nice and happy lunch after fishing. She is a great resource for shopping in Matagora when Michael is not with me 🙃😀🥰
