The weather supported fishing this time. Overcast most of the day with occasional sprinkling.
9 members showed up to chase the white bass up the creek.
Sinking fly lines or sinking flies were the ticket to hooking fish. Most of the fish were on the small side with only a few dozen over 10″. The run just hasn’t started yet.
The further we went upstream the clearer the water became. I think this has a bit to do with the powerboats that come into the area. Once you get past where the bigger boats can reach, the water cleared up nicely.
