I spent a few session tying these up in anticipation of fishing for white bass this year.  Batch tying the eyes, then the bodies at another session:

Size 10 Mustad 3366A
6/0 thread (what denier?)
Lead eyes, 1/32 oz
Black fingernail polish
Coyote, Arctic fox, Fish hair, or Bucktail, color of choice.
Clear polish for the head.
