As you know – the Club’s mini-expo is scheduled for Saturday, 23-August-2025 at the Terrace United Methodist Church (same location as last year). To make it the best mini-expo yet, volunteers are needed to participate.
Would you be willing to assist with the mini-expo in the roles highlighted below?

Door Greeters (~1hour shift, 6 required)
Responsibility
- Welcome visitors
- Ask visitors to sign in & log number of guests
- Hand out door prize tickets (must be present to win)

Responsibilities
- Ensure coffee and doughnuts are on serving tables set up outside the kitchen (will be bought from Dunkin’)
- Move the sandwich trays from the kitchen to the serving tables set up outside the kitchen
- General housekeeping
- Occasionally check coolers for drinks
