The Spring 2022 Edition of the Texas Council of Fly Fishers International Newsletter has been released. As the Texas Fly Fishers is affiliated with Fly Fishers International, the newsletter, which is attached below, may be of interest to some who have not received it. This particular issue contains a report along with photographs of the 29th Annual Texas Fly Fishers Dr. Ed Rizzolo Fly Tying Festival which was held Saturday, February 12th, 2022.
