1. Gents
   It turned out the weather didn’t go south and it was a beautiful weekend, Windfinder did me in. We ended up making a day trip on Friday, we had a great turn out.
   Dave Jerkins lead the kayaks, all new members. Eric Surrat and Ben Smith
   I took my boat and fished with Ben Su. We met about 1 pm for lunch, everyone came aboard my boat and we ate together and got little time to get to know each other!
   We traded story’s of missed and caught fish in the morning and some traded fly’s
   I have to say it a great group of MEN!!!
   The kayak’s ” Won the Day everyone caught Reds and Eric caught his first Red and flounder on fly,
   The EAST MATAGORDA bay lakes, maybe had 6 to 8 inch of water and the guys in kayak could get back in the right spots.
   We fish the Eidelbach Back lakes area and found 3 pod of redfish, but we both had Technical Issues and didn’t hook up.
   It was a very very fun day!
