The Texas Fly Fishers recently awarded scholarships to several club youth members to attend the Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited Youth Camp. After the camp, the youth members reported to the club membership, at a monthly meeting, on the camp and explained the various activities and classes in which they participated. The club youth members who received the scholarships were Martin Dietz, Kai Weaver, Spence McNamara and Ainsley McNamara and are pictured left to right: (Martin Dietz was unable to attend and was represented by his mother, Elaine), Spence McNamara, (TFF President, Marcos Enriquez), Kai Weaver and Ainsley McNamara.

Yes, it is great. The young anglers were very impressive with their explanations of the camp along with their presence in expressing their appreciation for the scholarships. With these young anglers the future of fly fishing is in good hands.
