I just heard from Dave Garner and he’s stepped up to lead this outing. I’m getting him oriented to WordPress and Evite and I expect there will be details about the outing shortly. Stay tuned.
I have been asked to fill in as the “interim” Saltwater Chair. Due to “technical difficulties”, the board has decided to postpone the POC One-Fly Tournament until the fall (late October/early November). The July 23rd date will be filled with another regular outing; more details to be announced next week at the monthly meeting. I will be getting up to speed on the remaining outings for the year and will need VOLUNTEERS to lead these outings. Feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns.
well , was wondering why there was nothing send out concerning the one fly . seems like it always sorta been a July tradition . lets hope it don’t go away ? Kodos to Dave for stepping up ,i”ll try to make it when it happens .,Ray
POC1F is not scheduled this year. I’ve stepped up to plan the TFF outings but a bit too late in the year to get this one off the ground. And yes, I am still in Colorado, so will not be leading any outings any time soon. I’ll keep asking for folks to volunteer to lead trips. No leader = no trip.
