From the Galveston Bay Foundation
Please join GBF for a public meeting on January 18, 2012, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM to hear updates to the Implementation Plan to reduce bacteria levels in the Upper Gulf Coast Oyster Waters.
The main purpose of this public meeting is to continue spreading awareness of bacteria issues around Galveston Bay, and in particular, to share more details on the management measures that will be taking place over the next five years to reduce bacteria levels. These measures will take a community effort to carry out successfully, so join us to find out how you can help! Refreshments will be provided!
