Local pond suprise

Is that a strike indicator or a bobber?

I happened to see shadows in the water, backed up, and made a cast with a "Ligon" formerly tied by Arcado and Peck-  (Ligon 211 Bream Killer) and the catfish took it like it was candy.

I'll have to tie some more of these flies soon.
