Now that the POC one fly has come and gone, what are you gonna do next? How about showing us how it's done in our own back yard! We may not have John P's paella, but we sure can have oyster po-boys at Stingaree's after we whup up on a few reds, specks & flounder! C'mon and sign up!

Sorry, guys... I'm abroad that weekend and won't be able to make it. Dang! I love paddling those marshes, and an easy trip. And then there's always the Stingaree - cold beer, poboys, and live music. Sounds like a great way to finish a great day!

Mike - you're welcome to use my kayak and gear if you like, just let me know.

Is that a strike indicator or a bobber?

I think I might take you up on that offer George.  But if you are gone how will I coordinate picking up the gear? Let's talk before you leave.

Mike Q. contact John P. he'd probably want to go.  I will contact several others I know are Yakers! My nephew being one.

The long range weather report is not so good with a 40% chance of rain.  What is our fall back plan? We need some more guys to sign up.  I spoke with John P. who said he will go.  Let's meet up at Orvis tonight and discuss!  See you there around 5:45 PM

I used the number of crackling sounds my left knee make in the morning mixed in with a little noise from my left shoulder for the atmospheric conditions x the number of grey hairs over one inch long growing from my left ear ...of course subtracting the same growing out of my left nostril which gives me the average mean daytime temperature and wind speed. For tidal info, I count the number of ridges on my left big toe nail divided by the number of states Obama thinks the US has (this week we are up to 57).  I could give you more info but my right side is way too conservative! Please don't tell anyone of my weather forecasting abilities!!!!!!!!!!! :o
