I'm trying to work this trip in.

As soon as I'm sure, I'll sign up.  (90% probable right now)

I will have an extra kayak that I can loan,

Puck

Work reprioritized my time this weekend.

I'll be in the office.  :(

Take pictures.

This trip is a go!

If you get a chance, talk to the folks that made the 10 mile downstream float last year.

It took me 4 hours to get those guys to leave that first mile!

We have a volunteer to lead this trip.

The person that volunteered to lead this trip now has a work conflict.

Do we have another volunteer?

Due to lack of response I propose that we cancel this trip, for this year.

September is coming!

Damon's Seven Lakes / 2012-08-11 report
« on: August 13, 2012, 09:23:36 AM »
Took Lilly fishing with me on saturday.  The only lake that I could get a topwater bite, on a yellow spider, on was Martin.

We fished for about 3 hours, and caught 4 mid-sized bass, and a dozen bluegill that went over 1/2 a pound each.

Russel was having the same kind of luck, but was using a PGPP.

No pictures, this time.

I'm going to try to make this one - its been too many years since I did a PINS trip.  I have a 4X4 and will be driving.

Nilo and I are already trying to get stuff together for this one!

I tried Green's Lake on Friday, the water was very off-color.  NO fish, but plenty of bait.

Damon's Seven Lakes / 2012-06-23 at Duck Lake
« on: June 24, 2012, 06:31:19 AM »
I fished the deeper water on Duck Lake from the canoe and wound up catching 14 decent panfish, with a bunch of "dinks" thrown in for sport.  The bluegill and redear want a squirrely slow and deep.
