Hey ALL..
I suggest the cooking teams start to make their preparations for this upcoming weekend.

Friday Night - George S. (Master Chef), Mike F. (Sous Chef)., Dave G., (side dishes) Mike G. (appetizers) Don H. (table prep), Garland S., Matt B., & Jared F. (clean-up duties) Les L. & Alex B. (bar tending)
We are planning on 20+ for dinner guys.

Friday's Menu: $$$ Donations are welcomed and encouraged. $$$

Hot steaming juicy and spicy steaks, butter-drenched trimmed out bake potatoes, hot and fresh grilled veggies, and tossed green salad with fresh sourdough bread.

Friday's pre-fishers take note...I need at least two or three fresh redfish for the grilled appetizer and the salad. Please bring them already cleaned on the half shells and chilled.

To enhance your dining pleasure I am also contributing lots of chilled "Top Shelf" Mexican Beer. Coronas, Dos X's, and Modelos, so I want to hear lots of hoot'n and hollering south of the border style. Aiyeeeee yip, yip, regresin a su pais culo!

I will also be bringing a 105 Qt. cooler to help store food items, and a 90 Qt cooler to help store beer.
I will bring my spices of choice including Slap 'yo Mama (hot), some cooking utensils, tupperware...etc. Let’s talk soon.

Dan you can put a small guy (with a huge heart) on board the "gaynew" can't you?  Maybe we could switch Gary over your way and make room for one of the other guys on another boat. Leaving one extra guy needing a boat.  What say you...

Besides I always knew you'd see reason in my past reply concerning the hunting camp vs. fishing the One Fly. So no matter what everyone else thinks ...you're a pretty smart guy! :o

Jelly fish to hand wow you're a tuff guy! No stings?? Did you try sinking flys? Sure should have been something there to bite!  Looks like you still had a great time. Nice report PUCK!

Thanks Les ;D, are you coming down to make the dinner Friday and staying for Saturday's Dinner too? Trying to make plans for how many strato-loungers we'll need after the gigantic feed bags are consumed! :o

Are you bringing any friends or family with you? Glad you'll be there...now start tying the secret wonder fly.

I believe there will be some Texas Pecan Rum flowing in POC soon.

Alex I got you signed in as you asked, and yes John P. saved you a spot on his boat and in the RV. You're in 'lil brother. Since you're on the other side of the globe I'll just let you know we are getting hammered every day with strong storms but alas the good news the bays should really dig this influx of fresh water and move the fish back out.  Because of the super-hyper-saline conditions the reds and trout have been reported to be way up the rivers.  Hopefully this will bring them back down. We have a full month for the water to clear up!

That's cool Puck.  I want to see you navigate those spring time breezes down there in Galveston.  You bringing the sailyak to the one fly?
